Director Of Assisted Living

Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking a Director of Assisted Living for our up and coming Senior Care Community, Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna.

What are my responsibilities?

• Monitor scheduling and payroll to ensure it is being completed timely and appropriately. Monitor for overtime usage and provide support to minimize.

• Read clinical notes daily and ensure education and direction are provided to team members as needed.

• Ensure health care management concerns are being handled timely and appropriately.

• Participate in admission process to include evaluation of residents prior to move in, move in paperwork and family education of the transition process.

• Development of team through meeting and ongoing coaching, mentoring and counseling with team members.

• Participate in on-going family meetings and provide support to families with any challenges or concerns the family may have.

What do I need to be considered?

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).

• At least one year experience working with individuals or groups in a healthcare setting required.

• At least one year experience supervising others required.

• Associates degree required, preferably related to human services, behavioral health or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
