Directs the efforts of the MPA IT Managers and corresponding staff.
Oversees the successful planning, implementation and support of IT projects and resources within the organization.

Maintains and utilizes technical knowledge of organizational systems and/or applications to coordinate related installation and maintenance functions.
Oversee the planning, testing, training, and implementation of applications and equipment.
Delegate functions and accountability to technical personnel for successful completion of assigned tasks.
Work with administration and staff to develop methods to increase efficiency in operational support.
Act as liaison to coordinate technology and resources with Hospital IT in order to meet the needs of the organization.
Maintains high level of Customer Support
Meet with customers to assess the needs and expectations in regards to Information Systems.
Perform site visits and evaluations of ongoing installations and support efforts.
Establish clear lines of communications with customers in an effort to facilitate timely and effective support.
Develop and report on customer satisfaction surveys.
Evaluate customer feedback and provide solutions in problem areas.
