Director Of Ambulatory IT

• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

• Directs the efforts of the MPA IT Managers and corresponding staff.

• Oversees the successful planning, implementation and support of IT projects and resources within the organization.

• Positively affects the organization by developing staff and identifying leaders within the department.

• Maintains and utilizes technical knowledge of organizational systems and/or applications to coordinate related installation and maintenance functions.

• Oversee the planning, testing, training, and implementation of applications and equipment.

• Delegate functions and accountability to technical personnel for successful completion of assigned tasks.

• Work with administration and staff to develop methods to increase efficiency in operational support.

• Act as liaison to coordinate technology and resources with Hospital IT in order to meet the needs of the organization.

• Maintains high level of Customer Support

• Meet with customers to assess the needs and expectations in regards to Information Systems.

• Perform site visits and evaluations of ongoing installations and support efforts.

• Establish clear lines of communications with customers in an effort to facilitate timely and effective support.

• Develop and report on customer satisfaction surveys.

• Evaluate customer feedback and provide solutions in problem areas.
