The Director of Acquisition Marketing is a seasoned online marketing pro with significant experience managing digital acquisition channels, both hands-on and with agencies and staff. This role is a player/coach opportunity responsible for all Firstleaf member acquisition efforts. This role will supervise a team of 3 focused primarily on Paid Social, Affiliates and Partners, and Offline Marketing. While supervising and mentoring your staff, you will also be testing and developing new channels, which may lead to additional hires. Your primary goal is to increase wine club memberships while optimizing all efforts for efficiency and quality.

Here's What You'll Do: Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage existing staff of 3 ensuring productivity, setting of priorities and expectations, and achievement of quarterly goals.
Mentor staff in spirit of curiosity and continuous learning.
Leverage experience and background to bring new approaches and POV to existing channels and campaigns, working closely with staff to understand history and precedence.
Introduce additional marketing channels in an effort to create a robust and diverse marketing mix, and lessen our dependence on any one channel.
Actively manage new channel testing and analysis.
Manage and grow existing channels that are currently underserved / undermanaged.
Ensure proper attribution and channel analysis understanding and accommodating for multi-touch, ROAS and LTV.
Develop and distribute weekly and monthly acquisition reports.
Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure brand and creative integrity.
Conduct accurate budget forecasting and predict the profitability of all channels.
The Ideal Candidate
Must have 7+ years of experience at a high-growth brand or agency
Experience running DTC subscription campaigns across multiple channels is required
Able to statistically analyze data and determine marketing success focused around ROI
Demonstrated ability to improve marketing efforts over time through segmentation, offer and creative optimization
Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely
Accurate and consistent with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter attitude to proactively seek new solutions to meet the needs of the business
Knowledge of standard marketing and analytic tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, SQL Optional (Periscope or other BI visualization tools)
