Your Responsibilities

● Manage Acquisitions by developing a business plan covering gross revenue and commission expense controls.

● Meet planned sales goals along with team activity goal targets.

● Set individual sales targets with the Acquisitions team and hold them accountable consistently.

● Track sales goals and report results as necessary.

● Oversee all activities and performance of the Acquistions team members.

● Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaign volume and quality.

● Recruit, hire and fire team members as needed to meet sales goals.

● Develop your Acquisitions team through motivation, counseling, training, and education.

● Promoting the organization and products whenever possible.

● Help the salespeople close deals whenever necessary.

Requirements

● Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

● Two plus years of experience managing and directing an Acquisitions team.

● Five years of past successful sales experience, preferred

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to analyze sales data and effectively prepare and deliver presentations.

● Ability to develop a balanced and profitable budget along with appropriate commission structures.

● Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach salespeople.
