As the Director of Account Management, you will serve as the strategic leader of the nationwide Account Manager team.

You will directly manage and oversee a team of commercial insurance Account Managers, including direct supervision of division team leads and indirect supervision of over 30 team members (and growing!).

You have:

Compensation $160,000 to $180,000, salaried plus annual incentive compensation. Anticipated OTE $200,000.
