Director OEM Sales
Manages the sale of the organization's products or services to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts on a national or geographic basis.
Identify/Sell OEM/Hyperscaler Opportunities
Responsible for developing and growing accounts.
Works closely with Executive Sales leadership on developing sales plans, targets and goals for assigned accounts
Identify and set strategic go-to-market direction to optimize sales goals and business results.
Maintain and enhance business relationships with customers by identifying and contacting all decision makers, identifying and presenting new product opportunities and ensuring service excellence.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide timely forecast for the OEM/Hyperscaler
Provide management prompt communication on all sale activities and important developments in the target OEM/Hyperscalers (sales reports, competitor information, lost business reports etc...)
Regularly interacts with all target OEM/Hyperscalers
What we look for Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus, and a minimum of 7 years sales/account management experience with emphasis in technology and sustainability.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills including fluent use of Microsoft office suite, CRM and custom software applications
Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales Management, and motivational direction of staff.
Willingness to travel
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
