Director OEM Sales

Manages the sale of the organization's products or services to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts on a national or geographic basis.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Identify/Sell OEM/Hyperscaler Opportunities

  • Responsible for developing and growing accounts.

  • Works closely with Executive Sales leadership on developing sales plans, targets and goals for assigned accounts

  • Identify and set strategic go-to-market direction to optimize sales goals and business results.

  • Maintain and enhance business relationships with customers by identifying and contacting all decision makers, identifying and presenting new product opportunities and ensuring service excellence.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide timely forecast for the OEM/Hyperscaler

  • Provide management prompt communication on all sale activities and important developments in the target OEM/Hyperscalers (sales reports, competitor information, lost business reports etc...)

  • Regularly interacts with all target OEM/Hyperscalers

What we look for Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus, and a minimum of 7 years sales/account management experience with emphasis in technology and sustainability.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills including fluent use of Microsoft office suite, CRM and custom software applications

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales Management, and motivational direction of staff.

  • Willingness to travel

  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

What you'll be doing with us: You will drive all aspects of winning revenue, demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, influencing sales management and enabling sales with training and education. * Generate and execute the North America revenue growth strategies for Professional Visualization, Data Science and Video Analytics with the Dell Sales and marketing for enterprise business that consists of Workstation, Deep Learning/Machine Learning and Analytics. * Lead and operationalize the Dell and NVIDIA NA field sales organizations to develop Sales pipelines to achieve short and long term business growth. * Build joint business strategies and actions to improve NVIDIA and Dell enterprise opportunities in key vertical segments * Implement a strong methodology to forecast revenue, develop sales programs that drive pipeline, and close large enterprise sales opportunities. * Team up with sales overlay teams to build out sales motions and identify Light House accounts * Influence the Dell Technologies Sales with our value proposition of our products, platforms and resources to grow our GPU accelerated eco-system. * Planning, resourcing and delivering training and seminars to educate, motivate, and align field sellers. * Coordinate alignment between NVIDIA & Dell Team global account managers and synchronize NA sales strategies. What we need to see: * Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus. * 5+ year experience in sales or business development with phenomenal track record of driving business. * Your excellent communication and presentation skills enables you as a self-starter, working with minimal direction. * Proven record of exceeding revenue targets. * History of successfully working with technology providers and sales channel partners. * Adept at Dell Technology sales enablement internally and with partners. * A history of implementing successful long term relationship with customers, especially executives. * You are process oriented, with a high capability for logical and critical thinking.
