The Director of Nursing Services is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. Maintains policies and assists in policy development and implementation. Implements nursing procedures that reflect best practices and regulatory requirements. Assists with hiring, directing, supervising, training, and evaluation of the clinical staff. Function as a house supervisor as needed. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
EDUCATION
Education: Associate Degree Nursing. BSN within two years of hire.
Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population of patients served at LMC.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years' recent experience in patient care. Supervisory experience required.
Required Certification: Registration and current RN license in WA State, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months of hire.
Other: Bilingual and/or English/Spanish-Speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.

Salary Range $130,000 - $145,000
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES
Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
Schedules and conducts staff meetings
Completes and reports assigned quality reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
