The Regional Sales Director is responsible for sales & commercial leadership to achieve profitable sales growth within North America. Drive sales & market based activities to ensure appropriate level of funnel is in place to support financial goals.

Ensures sales discipline to drive accuracy of funnel & forecast. Disseminates & implements Sensia global and pan-Regional strategies and initiatives, being main linkage between Headquarters & the country organizations. Responsible for development & implementation of sales & market strategies specific for the region to ensure that annual operating targets are met & long term growth goals are achieved.

Ensures appropriate executive sponsorship on the relationship with key customers, channels & business partners. Is member of the pan-Regional Senior Management team.

This role is responsible for the coordination & co-management of other functions, in conjunction with the related functional leaders. The individual will partner with Finances & Business Operations & HR regional management.

Develops, coaches & monitors leaders within the region. Ensures compliance with operating policies & procedures related to all internal & external regulatory & statutory requirements, Ensures regional strategies & plans are consistent with Sensia & pan-Regional directions. Responsible for development & implementation of sales & marketing strategies specific for the region and annual operating targets are met & long-term growth goals are achieved. Participates on the development of the pan-Regional strategy.

Functional Sales:

  • Drives execution of growth initiatives & proactively supports Vertical Industry activities. Drives effective customer segmentation & defines most effective market access model for each country/market.

    Monitors & analyzes sales & commercial activities & takes actions to meet region sales targets. Effectively allocates resources to opportunities & matches skills to business needs. Develop annual operating plans & tactics together with Product Groups to gain market share for all products, solutions & services.

  • Facilitates & promotes sales teaming between branches & countries as required by multi-regional accounts. Measures customer satisfaction & strives for continuous improvements in this area. Builds relationships with senior levels at key Sensia customers, channels & business partners, actively engaging in the sales process as required.

  • Maintains understanding of market trends & competitor strategies & activities, as well as impact on Sensia. Ensures adequate reporting & proper implementation of Disciplined Sales Processes with the utilization of sales & customer relationship management tools.

    Supports & co-ordinates activities with Sensia resources. Promotes & manages effective communications with all the above.

  • Responsible & accountable for drafting the annual budget for the region, & when approved implements, monitors & achieves AOP targets. Develops & implements business strategies & sales objectives within the geographical area that are consistent with the regional direction.

    Maintain awareness of competitive strategies & activities, & market trends & the impact on local business for Sensia. Coordinate leverage & best practices sharing between countries & regions. Drives process improvement & responsible for sales productivity & efficiency.

You will build positive and long-term relationships to support franchisees in your region from a business and operational aspect and ensuring franchisees operate in compliance with Massage Envy brand standards. You will be responsible for support in all franchised locations within a specified region and have 1+ direct reports (District Manager level) and will report to the Director of Field Operations (DFO). What We'll Accomplish Together Success Outcome #1: You will share and build authentic relationships with franchisees based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims towards achieving financial and operations goals for the Massage Envy franchise system. Key Responsibilities: * Relationships - quickly establish positive relationships with all franchisees and their business managers in the district * Franchise support - through your District Manager, provide support and helpful resources for franchisees; serve as the liaison to appropriate subject matter experts at the corporate office Success Outcome #2: You, along with your District Manager, will influence franchisees to deliver strong operational performance at their franchised locations by measuring the right indicators and providing appropriate coaching and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: * Standards review - ensure completion, documentation and follow-up on compliance requirements as measured in the Operations Standards Reviews (OSR) at each franchised location Business coaching - deliver appropriate business coaching and follow-up to franchisees based OSR results * Accountability and Improvement - hold franchisees accountable to Massage Envy System Standards; influence franchisees for improvement in their operational metrics * Training - provide on-site training for franchisees to assist with opening of franchised locations, and if requested, additional training to improve operations metrics Success Outcome #3: You and your team will communicate and champion corporate initiatives and strategies with the franchised locations in the region Key Responsibilities: * Market growth - assist with strategic market planning and site analysis review for all current and future sites by collaborating with the franchise sales team and DFO * Communicate and Motivate - lead cooperative and other meetings with franchisees in the region to provide clear communication of corporate initiatives and rollouts; follow-up and support corporate initiatives and rollouts within the region; generate excitement and motivation for franchisees engagement and compliance with corporate initiatives and rollouts Additional Requirements: * Travel within the region on a regular basis is required (85%+) (percentage could increase or decrease if you live close to a larger market) * Travel beyond that region may be required for special projects, meetings, conferences, etc. as needed * 5+ years of operations management required * 2+ years of multi-unit operations experience Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits: In addition to a great work environment, Massage Envy Franchise LLC offers Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits.
