Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Director manages all operational aspects of the assigned division within Mental Health Services. This position provides strong leadership in areas including, but not limited to, strategic use of resources, budgeting and financial management, quality, human resources, and ongoing development of new and existing practices.
Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs
Proactively identify and respond to issues
Engage employees and stakeholders to ensure that advocacy for all individuals served
Collaborate in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations and licensing standards

3-5 years of progressive Human Services related work experience required; Mental Health experience strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive management, leadership and operations experience required
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
Excellent time management skills and ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations
Valid driver's license
Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
