TheDirector of Medical Staff Office oversees the Medical Staff, Continuing MedicalEducation and Library functions of Menorah Medical Center. Responsibilities include assuring that

Medical Staff; CME/Library functions align with the Hospitals goals andobjectives and comply with JCAHO, Federal, State and other regulatoryrequirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Associate's Degreerequired. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Certifications: Current CertifiedProvider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) required

within one year of hire.

Working knowledge of JCAHO, Federal, Stateand other regulatory


Basicmedical terminology, above average skills in Microsoft Office

at 70 WPM,excellent detail oriented organizational skills, willing to

learn additionalsoftware.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in hospital

MidAmerica Chief of Staff and Director of Sales Operations(Sales Administration Manager) Role Summary The Chief of Staff and Director of Sales Operations (COS-DSO) is a market-based role supporting the MidAmerica Market President and Leadership Team. The role is complementary to the distribution lead, sales managers and network strategy lead. The COS/DSO supports all buyer groups in the market and is internally oriented-with a focus on the marketplace as well as local office interaction. This role manages local market priorities and projects, including but not limited to business planning, distribution relations, lead prospecting and sales education. Responsibilities * Responsible for establishing and leading the MidAmerica management processes to execute MidAmerica Vision, Mission and Strategic Priorities to ensure that the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting processes. * Serve as clearinghouse for the incoming projects specific to the market or those that will impact market resources; work with appropriate leadership to determine net business impact of project deliverables and identify/deploy appropriate subject matter expertise. * Maintain strong, positive relationships with Product, Network and other matrix partners to review, assess and implement market solutions. * Manage budget allocations/expenditures for the MidAmerica market, including staffing/headcount and Optional Services reconciliation process. * Maintain strong relationships with Health Partners and HAP Alliance partners and drive operational excellence around rules of engagement. * Report, analyze and synthesize sold business, revenue and membership reporting from M3 and Sales Force. * Produce reporting and manage Growth Calls; develop management processes and MidAmerica dashboard for Under 500 and Over 500 results. * Completes timely and accurate APEX projections including provision of supporting information for projection. * Lead the Sales Support Team and evolve the skills to support high performing sales organization while reinforcing the team member's impact on MidAmerica success. * Drive and manage special projects and events to include but not limited to ELT or RVP site reviews, Town Hall meetings etc. * Produces analytical reporting in support of medical, dental and specialty planning, MRC adoption, expense and earnings projections and actual results. * Responsible for managing the content and flow of MidAmerica Leadership Meetings. Qualifications * Demonstrated ability to apply business financial knowledge to support growth and earnings goals and to provide meaningful analytics. * Proven track record in influencing throughout the matrix environment. * Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to meet reporting needs. * Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and reporting * BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Role is St. Louis/Overland Park, KS based Qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status.
