Director, Master's Of Science In Management Program

Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Director for the Master's of Science in Management Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, directing, and monitoring all aspects of the MSM program within the College of Business. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.

This is a full-time (40+ hours a week), 12-month position.

Summary of Duties:

• Recruit, interview, select and recommend adjunct faculty for the program

• Actively manage student involvement in our Learning Management System; coordinate with LMS technical and support staff

• Act as liaison between our MSM students, instructors, and various offices of the institution

• Monitor student absenteeism, make-up testing, enrollment, and other factors of their student experience

• Direct financial and budgeting objectives for the program

• Support recruiting efforts for program students; track and compile enrollment/retention reports

• Compile and maintain documents and reports needed for accreditation processes

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Science in Management (MSM) or Business Administration (MBA) required

• Experience in Learning Management Systems preferred

• Experience with Institutional design/course development preferred

• Active member of the church of Christ
