In today's fast-evolving technology world, one aspect remains common - reliance on Data to drive the next wave of innovation. Data Driven Marketing is powering a paradigm shift at Samsung and the global industry.

The Martech Automation team within Corporate Marketing is responsible for supporting platforms and tooling necessary for the fulfillment of all CRM campaigns for SEA using the latest and greatest tech stack. CRM is a very important sales channel for SEA and this team plays a key role in getting Lines of Business campaigns out in a timely and efficient manner. This team is also responsible for driving innovation, standardization, and automation in the way CRM fulfillment is done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management and Automation - consolidate and optimize the technical integration to MarTech tooling (Adobe Campaign, Attentive, Moveable Ink, Validity, etc) and build new tools in-house to generate campaign insights and taxonomy updates

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to support personalized and data-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Lead the integration of CRM with other marketing and sales tools to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve CRM capabilities.

  • Deliver on a tech roadmap with a heavy focus on Automation

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the CRM marketing operations and platform team.

  • Technical Leadership

  • Working knowledge of Data Engineering tools including Big Query, Spark

  • Working knowledge of client/server-side implementations

  • Experience in DevOps tooling, CI/CD to implement automation and production-grade systems

  • Experience building applications backed by web services is a plus

  • Knowledge of the latest AI frameworks/models is a plus

  • Experience in cloud environments like GCP and AWS

  • Succinct, proactive communication; translate technical implementations into business solutions

  • Conduct code review

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field); Master's degree would be beneficial

  • 12+years of experience in the Data/Mar-tech space

  • 7+ years in managing CRM email or other marketing deployments

  • Track record of building custom data/tech solutions in-house with a heavy focus on automation

  • Experience managing customer data in e-commerce, technology, mobile, or consumer electronics industries required

  • Experience working with Cloud-Platforms (GCP preferred) and other Marketing tools like Liveramp, Attentive, MovableInk, Validity, etc

  • Breadth of knowledge about Mar-tech tools/platforms and the latest trends in the market

  • Ability to do hands-on code review for team

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data

  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to simplify complex technical topics and communicate the business value effectively to CXO-level executives

  • Proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a rigid determination to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working with people from a broad range of backgrounds from highly technical to marketing to sales/business

The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $265,000 and $280,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

WASHINGTON STATE ONLY

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $235,000 and $250,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
