Who we are looking for:

POSSIBLE LA seeks a client-facing analytics leader to guide our team and help our clients modernize their marketing efforts. We are looking for a thought leader with digital strategy experience. In this role, you will encounter a dynamic environment with opportunities to influence the evolution of digital analytics as it relates to global campaigns for our clients. POSSIBLE is a pioneer in the use of analytics to develop strategic site optimization plans that become an integral part of our clients' overall business model. Our analysts work closely with our creative, development and client relationship teams to deliver exceptional, results-driven work that is based on data-driven insights. We pride ourselves on building advanced models for major global clients that allow marketers more flexibility in their decision making, beyond the traditional visit and conversion metrics and are looking for someone who will bring their craft-expertise and make an impact.

What you'll do:

  • Lead our account team and our clients through the challenging effort of implementing quantitative and qualitative testing and personalization on several enterprise websites, spanning B2C and B2B.

  • Partner with strategists to develop testable hypotheses and strategic testing roadmap.

  • Bring valuable experience and lessons learned with regard to the executional details around data integration, marketing tools, and performance analysis.

  • Manage a team of analysts on a variety of activities including web analytics, user testing, optimization, personalization, and insight generation.

  • Help establish a new production workflow which integrates, data, strategy, and content so that personalized marketing can be delivered reliably and efficiently over time.

  • Help establish cross-channel processes and measurement tied to a data-driven strategy and approach.

  • Work closely with client stakeholders, strategists, creatives, and dev resources to oversee testing program.

  • Identify the right team structure and roles required to deliver against the new process.

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in web analytics and marketing. Agency experience preferred.

  • Strong working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts with an understanding of behavioral and attitudinal data sets.

  • Proven experience working with senior managers and executives.

  • Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analytics techniques.

  • Expert data visualization, storytelling, and insight development.

  • Experience with optimization tools, specifically Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Optimizely, and

  • Experience managing a multidisciplinary team of analysts.

  • Mastery of Adobe and Google analytics platforms.

The Director Marketing will oversee the marketing department including progress and performance to ensure assigned work is completed correctly and on deadlines. Essential Functions: * Create detailed promotional and advertising plan identifying targeted demographic for each individual show. Strategize and research new marketing trends and practices to apply to AEG Presents shows, events, festivals and tours. Monitor the purchase of flight plans, promotions for different locations, and partner with public relations team to strategize. * Oversee the marketing department including progress and performance to ensure assigned work is completed correctly and on deadlines. Provide mentorship and guidance to develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Manage marketing workflow by completing marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. * Work closely with supervisor to determine department budgets and negotiate with artist management. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. * Develop new strategies for existing events by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources. * Create ad plan for tours, festivals and one off shows.
