10+ years experience in consulting, marketing, and/or operations
3+ years experience managing a high-performance team
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline.
Every Marketing department runs on the strength of its Operations team. The Ops team builds the processes and systems that make Marketing work. It also builds the views of the business that we use to make smart decisions, maximizing the yield of precious resources.
Design, expand, and recruit for a high-performing Ops team, currently at 4 people.
Facilitate department-wide strategic planning to set priorities, calculate quarterly targets, and allocate budget. Ensure discipline and transparency on actual spend.
Maximize the yield of marketing campaigns by collaborating with Demand Gen and Sales Development. Oversee design and execution of the funnel that captures, scores, and routes leads. Maximize our BDR team's conversion of MQLs.
Know the numbers of our business better than anyone, spotting and diagnosing problems before others. Oversee choice and implementation of analytics tools, delivering a single source of truth on business performance.
Own our tech stack, overseeing the team that evaluates and implements marketing technologies. Own our data strategy, fostering alignment across teams on which data will live where. Instill discipline for changes to data and reports. Oversee the strategy for a marketing database that supports personalized communication by segment.
