Position Summary The Director, Marketing is responsible for directing the development and execution of strategic and integrated marketing and communications plans to achieve the business goals of designated clinical service lines, MH organizations, business units and/or channels in alignment with the overall MaineHealth system strategy. The Director manages and directs team activities, allocating resources to successfully achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the AVP Brand, Marketing # Creative Services, this role will ensure overall alignment of marketing plans anchored by comprehensive market research that describes the competitive environment, customer needs, and organizational strengths. Working closely with practices, service line administrators, member organizations and the planning department, the Director develops and executes strategies and tactics to market the strengths of the organization to physicians and other referral sources. The Director functions in a consultative support capacity to the clinical service line leaders, physician practice leadership, and/or local member organization leaders.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA#s) Bachelor#s degree required, Masters a Plus with an emphasis in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field preferred. 10 plus years of progressive experience in marketing, planning, communications, public relations, market research, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience in a healthcare setting.# Project/process management, account management or related capabilities a plus. 5 plus years supervisory experience required Incumbent must have analytical skills and creative experience necessary to address targeted messages to a variety of audiences. Strong oral communications skills, including the ability communicate effectively with others and to speak in public, listen effectively, interview and gather pertinent information from sources at all levels across the system, and work with varying levels of staff. Able to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be flexible and adaptable to unexpected changes.#

This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position responsible for leading a team of digital marketers in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive leads, applications, and participant growth through digital advertising, marketing automation, and social media marketing activities. The Senior Digital Marketing Producer will lead the College Study Abroad Digital Marketing team and work closely with the Web & Marketing Automation teams and the business stakeholders, reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing. Primary Responsibilities: * Lead the College Study Digital Marketing team in collaboration with the associate director and business stakeholders in the development of digital marketing strategies that align with and support core business goals. * Develop and implement the overall digital strategy for College Study Abroad business lines, including but not limited to search, paid social media advertising, content marketing, web personalization and email marketing. * Provide direction and oversight of the College Study team via the allocation of projects, tasks and digital marketing resources. * Partner with Global Enrollment management teams in the development of campaign and channel goals while ensuring lead quality across digital efforts. * Regularly monitor and optimize digital advertising, marketing funnel and lead generation performance. * Provide reporting and analysis to stakeholders to drive digital marketing strategy and with a strong focus on lead, application and participant growth. * Support day-to-day relationships with third party digital marketing vendors and agencies. * Partner with the marketing automation team in creating and optimizing lead scoring models. Requirements Education and Work Experience: * Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a marketing, communications or a related field. * Four to six years' experience digital marketing, ppc, or a related field. * International travel and/or study abroad experience preferred, but not required. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Extensive experience producing marketing campaigns in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Marketo (or other marketing automation tool), Instagram, Snapchat YouTube and Twitter are required. * Extensive experience working in Salesforce is preferred. * Deep understanding of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM experience helpful. * Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is required. * Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. * Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to set priorities, multitask and pay strong attention to detail. * Professional, creative, flexible, collaborative and high energy.
