As the Marketing Director at PSG, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management that drives commercialization and go-to-market success for this line of business. As a key liaison with our partners and cross-functional stakeholders, you will deliver coordinated go-to-market planning and execution. You will get to shape and implement an efficient commercial operating model, ensuring all activities align with brand standards, maximize business value, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will excel at quickly adapting pitch decks to empower the sales team and drive sales closure. Experience in partnership and membership enablement is highly desirable. This role requires working closely with the marketing and brand teams on governance and strategy for growth marketing activities, as well as developing business cases and content for various channels."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive business growth and market share for our business and solution verticals.

  • Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and address competitive threats when required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with business objectives.

  • Develop and manage sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales team in achieving their targets and actively participate in demand generation strategy development (SMR).

  • Quickly adapt and customize pitch decks to address client needs and market opportunities for the operations and sales teams.

  • Develop and manage content for various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials as required.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.

  • Create compelling business cases to support new initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

  • Present business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, memberships and events to enhance market reach and drive revenue growth.

  • Create enablement tools and resources to support partners in their sales efforts.

  • Collaborate with the global team to establish governance frameworks and strategies for growth marketing activities and ensure consistent execution across all regions.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports and analysis to senior leadership on performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, or combined work experience.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Technical office skills are mandatory. We are an Office365 environment.

  • Experience in managing list segmentation and funnels in Salesforce is considered an asset.

  • Strong experience in sales enablement and partnership/events enablement.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and content development.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to quickly adapt and customize pitch decks and other marketing materials.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly collaborative and able to anticipate needs.
