Accountabilities: In partnership with the senior marketing leadership team, continue to drive a best in industry launch in ATTR polyneuropathy and cardiomyopathy.

Deliver the execution of the US marketing plans in US, driving innovation and implementing key marketing initiatives such as disease state education, promotional messaging, non-personal promotion, patient education as well best in class patient support (e.g., patient diagnostic strategy and reimbursement support). Collaborate and pull through the strategic direction, design, execution and measurement of all HCP oriented marketing strategies, tactics and activities to deliver product objectives. Partner closely with sales teams to engage Field Sales around brand opportunities and mission, monitor performance, ensure message pull through and uncover opportunities and issues in execution. Responsible for collaborating and driving the following key work: marketing strategies (BSP), brand positioning, core messaging and campaign, new markets/channel development, sales integration, sales execution and return on investment analysis.

Partner with Access Strategy teams to produce a value story. Collaborate with Insights and Analytics team to identify and drive actionable insights, and performance trends. Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure promotional planning is consistent with legal/regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelors Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences 8 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience 5 years of Pharmaceutical Marketing or related experience Experience leading brand strategy and completing it Proven track record of consistent achievement or overachievement delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential Strong financial competence with the ability to assess and get results Strong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement Strong presentation skills. Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity Successful experience leading change transformation Demonstrated Learning Agility Desirable Skills/Experience:

Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences; Experience in rare disease, with a focus on amyloidosis and cardiomyopathy (ATTR-PN and CM) Expertise in cardiovascular, renal and metabolic disease areas/or rare disease Experience in cross-channel, cross-customer marketing When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
