Overview

The Director of Market Access Marketing will report directly to the Executive Director, Market Access & Value. This role will be responsible for the development of Market Access focused materials to assist in delivering key messages around patient support services, coding and billing guidelines, key account product positioning, contract offerings and other materials used by the Market Access Account Teams, Field Reimbursement Managers and potentially with field-based sales teams. This person will also lead in the development of an effective Value Proposition to accentuate the value of Replimune brands.

This position can either be based out of our Woburn office (hybrid) or remote.

  • Our Woburn location welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the Strategic Access Plan for Market Access.

  • Build a comprehensive value proposition which will provide guidance for the life cycle of Replimune brands.

  • Coordinate the plan to conduct market research to assist in the development of Market Access support tools to be used with account teams.

  • Build effective communication tools to represent the Patient Support Services aligned to Replimune brands.

  • Actively participate in Replimune Brand Marketing Team meetings to assist in building Market Access tools consistent with overall brand messaging.

  • Collaborate with the Account Teams to identify opportunities to expand account interactions through various marketing materials.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration sessions to exchange insights, share best practices and align on strategic priorities for National and Key Accounts.

  • Proactively collaborate with Account Teams to identify competitive and account specific opportunities and threats to ensure optimal access for Replimune brands.

  • Monitor and report performance of key Market Access initiatives.

  • Work with Account Teams to ensure successful pull through by using a consistent communication platform.

  • If appropriate, develop account specific pull through tools for key decision makers.

  • Constant development of actionable insights that result in high quality Market Access programs and projects.

  • Strongly represent the Market Access Team through participation in department meetings, budget management, business and objective planning, communication platform and business reviews.

  • Provide Operational support across Market Access

Other responsibilities:

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or Health Policy Degree a plus.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience.

  • 5+ years of Market Access experience (such as payer marketing, patient support, etc.).

  • 3+ years of customer marketing or in-line marketing in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the US healthcare system and evolving healthcare reform environment, including an understanding of current FDAMA 114 requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop integrated strategic plans across multiple channels and topics.

  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and life cycle development.

  • Effective consultative experience with project management abilities for strategy and tactical development.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement programs that deliver improved business results in a timely manner.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including comfort level with senior management presentations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high priority projects.

  • Home office work will be consistent with HR policies. Current recommendation is for employees to be in the office 3 days a week (If not remote).

  • Travel will be required as needed to complete the job expectations.
