Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure

The Director, Loyalty Operations reports directly to the Sr. Director, Digital Marketing.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

The Vince Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Loyalty Operations to develop, manage, and lead our customer loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and strategy. This role will involve significant cross-functional work with internal partners in digital experience, IT, analytics, data strategy, and program marketing.

  • Lead the implementation of the Vince Loyalty Program.

  • Determine the program details and positioning across DTC - stores and eCommerce

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Loyalty program, aimed at increasing participation, member metrics, and overall program engagement.

  • Working closely with Marketing team on appropriate Branding and Communication options to ensure accuracy, timelines, and effectiveness of the program.

  • Build and maintain a program calendar tracking all marketing, offers, rewards, and support across all business units.

  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to set up the appropriate analytical frameworks, track Loyalty KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Evaluate and optimize offer strategy, creating campaigns to incentivize engagement with the reward catalog.

  • Partner with the Analytics team to interpret and act on customer data, leading to optimized campaigns that drive engagement and incentivize customer behavior.

  • Be accountable for quarterly and annual program reporting, tracking campaign performance and progress.

  • Partner with execution teams, ongoing, to ensure consistent marketing, measurement, and improvement of Loyalty offerings.

  • Leverage insights from competitive and industry-leading Loyalty programs to enhance the program.

Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of related Loyalty marketing experience for a retail or other DTC brand. Must be able to demonstrate individual achievement from candidates own efforts.

  • Experience with digital commerce, SAAS, and CRM is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
