Summary/Objective:
This role reports to the Head of Commercial Operations & Business Affairs and will develop and shape new business partnerships, manage internal strategic planning, and implement business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop a comprehensive licensing strategy to maximize revenue streams in collaboration with the VP and department members.
Manage and drive business operating levers to grow overall financial performance and business opportunities for Films.
Use business and market trends analysis knowledge to partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Manage the business's long-range plan day-to-day, including KPI tracking and league quarterly business reporting.
Collaborate with internal strategy groups, including Finance, NFL Media, and Business Development.
Required Education and Experience:
A Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA required.
Knowledge of music licensing, stock footage licensing, and intellectual property licensing
Solid knowledge of media production and post-production process
Knowledge and understanding of digital media initiatives, platforms, products, and services (streaming, distribution models and platforms, etc.) and the entertainment industry generally
Flexible and result-oriented, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and proactive to suggest new approaches.
