Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with business leaders to address critical issues on a project basis. Determine project scope and objectives defining business problems and needs to be addressed. Work with business leaders to develop the project plan and deliverables. Determine appropriate frameworks and data needed to analyze the issues and drive to lucid, logical and actionable answers. Quantify financial impact and manage process and timeline. Coordinate participants from around the organization and develop a productive working team. Craft and present conclusions, next steps and detailed action plans. Obtain buy-in to proceed and support line management in implementing findings. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required.

• 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.

• Also required is 5 years of experience: authoring and executing strategic business cases; analyzing and synthesizing data from disparate sources in order to create product and market strategies; conducting deep competitive analysis to understand market landscape and recommend build, buy, or partner opportunities; managing through a highly matrixed organization to deliver innovative products to the market; and building and supporting relationships with key accounts, customers, and vendors in the overall management of the market area.

• Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. office in Alpharetta, GA, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.

• Experience can be concurrent.
