Who are you?
Youre a dynamic talent management professional who loves to be hands-on and close to the people youre developing. You easily shift gears and enjoy being a versatile internal consultant involved in people strategy decisions with the Executive Committee, to having 1 on 1 coaching sessions with a new supervisor.
You are Tech savvy. You can administer an LMS or Performance Management software platform with ease, and can deliver training in multi-media platforms with a workforce that may be participating virtually across the globe.
You can be effective and productive without a team reporting to you. You develop your training programs from curricula design through to execution and delivery and love doing so.
Youve led talent management in a professional services company for at least five years, and are proud of your achievements. Youve had success that your peers and colleagues instantly recognize. When people talk about you, they talk with admiration about your work and the way youve impacted the people around you.

We are a geographically dispersed organization. Corporate headquarters are in metro Detroit (Livonia) with roughly 150 employees on-site, yet there are over 50 people who work 100% from home, plus offices across the globe in: Portland OR, Irvine CA, Atlanta GA, Cambridge MA, Little Rock, AR, Nashville, TN, London, Ontario, Canada, the UK and Shanghai. In total, you would be focused on developing about 400 full-time professionals.
What would you be doing?
Leading our Talent Management Strategy overall (Reviews/Check-Ins, Goals, Talent Insights, Feedback)
Driving Talent Reviews & Departmental Talent Planning Helping leaders capture the talent landscape within their department and build their annual budgets for promotions, leadership changes, retirements, training needs, needs for new talent, etc.
Re-designing our on-boarding process leading the effort to tell our new story of how we accomplish our work, and getting the right information captured to help our new hires (from entry-level, to experienced executives) understand their roles and the resources available to them, but more importantly, be able to live our Ethos and thrive in our culture
Fostering a culture where innovation and shared learning occurs across defined teams / silos
Consulting with leaders on things like meaningful Goal Setting for their teams
Constantly collaborating. While you wont have direct reports, youll be part of an HR team who understands the value you can bring, and will set you up for success, willingly jumping in to help, or brainstorm, and constantly collaborate.

Heres our list of minimum qualifications if you have more, yet this role sounds intriguing, lets talk! Salary range is $90k - $110k plus benefits.
We require a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, I/O Psych or other related field. An advanced degree or other certifications preferred.
At least 5 years experience in a training leadership role in a corporate environment for a service company.
Prior experience developing and executing leadership development curriculum, talent management, developing senior level managers and teams.
A good public speaker at ease moderating large groups. Displays a strong presence, leadership and confidence
Prior experience selecting and/or administering talent management software platforms
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to develop trust and build relationships across the business, interacting effectively with all levels of employees.
Strong project management skills with a drive to get things done!
Ability to travel up to 25%.
