We are currently looking for a relentless Director, Lead Generation to take ownership of the team responsible for lead qualification and generation efforts for our B2B MRRs (Market Response Representatives) using outbound prospecting tools - e-mail, telephone, web.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Train, coach and develop a talented team of 6-8 MRRs to drive appointments and qualified leads for Inside and Field Sales Teams
Set clear KPIs and track ongoing performance. (OS is data driven, and we have lots of tools to help this!)
Support and motivate team to achieve ambitious targets
Implement effective training and performance processes
Optimize pitch and data gathering scripting (SDPs) or automated tools when necessary
Become a source of knowledge and go-to-person on market key players, best practices, account research, internal structures of industry-leading providers using referrals and professional networks to generate interest
Be a champion of Customer Centric Selling methodology as it relates to lead qualification
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales prospecting
Proven track record in successfully leading and managing a lead gen/business development team
Experience selling a B2B product to Senior Care Professionals is advantageous
Good number sense - making calculations quickly and reasonably accurate
Proactive and results driven
Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)
Familiarity with spreadsheets, Salesforce.com, Hubspot other database management systems and tools
