We are currently looking for a relentless Director, Lead Generation to take ownership of the team responsible for lead qualification and generation efforts for our B2B MRRs (Market Response Representatives) using outbound prospecting tools - e-mail, telephone, web.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Train, coach and develop a talented team of 6-8 MRRs to drive appointments and qualified leads for Inside and Field Sales Teams

  • Set clear KPIs and track ongoing performance. (OS is data driven, and we have lots of tools to help this!)

  • Support and motivate team to achieve ambitious targets

  • Implement effective training and performance processes

  • Optimize pitch and data gathering scripting (SDPs) or automated tools when necessary

  • Become a source of knowledge and go-to-person on market key players, best practices, account research, internal structures of industry-leading providers using referrals and professional networks to generate interest

  • Be a champion of Customer Centric Selling methodology as it relates to lead qualification

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales prospecting

  • Proven track record in successfully leading and managing a lead gen/business development team

  • Experience selling a B2B product to Senior Care Professionals is advantageous

  • Good number sense - making calculations quickly and reasonably accurate

  • Proactive and results driven

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)

  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, Salesforce.com, Hubspot other database management systems and tools
