Americas Marketing, Director of Lead Development

The Americas marketing team currently has an opportunity for a Director of Lead Development. This person will be responsible for leading the AMS telemarketing team-both inbound and outbound, as well as working with sales to continue to drive and deliver the quarterly sales play strategy. This role is critical to developing leads and building pipeline for our sales organization. The Director of Lead Development plays an integral role in driving revenue growth for the company across routes to market. This person will be responsible for driving a scalable lead development and reporting function and the successful execution of the plan to achieve targets.

A successful candidate should be an ambitious, well-organized, self-starter with demonstrated experience combining traditional marketing practices with 21st century innovation. This person should not only have the desire to dig into details but be comfortable in presenting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Align and collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and marketing

  • Mentor, motivate and develop team members to deliver on goals

  • Enable lead flow and end-to-end reporting and analytics; define and track lead forecasts and conversion rates

  • Measure existing KPIs, pull out actionable insights and working with the operations team build/maintain marketing dashboards and reports that illustrate progress against quarterly goals

  • Optimize lead routing methodologies to ensure highest quality leads are passed and prioritized appropriately for qualification across multiple sales teams

  • Provide recommendations to IT and Global Operations teams to improve SFDC interface and ensure accurate lead routing

  • Oversee performance of the lead qualification team, focusing on conversion and pipeline growth

  • Forecast quarterly lead volumes for budget and resource planning

  • Analyze lead generation tactics, providing vendor and program recommendations based on historical performance

  • Ensure onboarding and continuous training for the Business Development Reps

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years experience in a B2B marketing organization, preferably in technology
  • 5+ years of people management experience required
