We are seeking a Director of IT Operations and Strategy with responsibility for transforming the ICAs Information Technology infrastructure while operationally supporting and executing the museums mission. You as an innovative leader are skillful at creating an IT approach that aligns with our strategic plan, programs and goals enabling the ICAs growth. Collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer, you will craft a road map guides your teams work to optimize and modernize our IT operations. Your client-focused vision will help define, prioritize, budget, acquire, manage, and deliver IT services that support the ICAs activities and functions. You have an innate ability for exploring hardware, software, and metrics development based on our needs.
You will lead a small IT team and have a healthy enthusiasm for being hands-on with technology while fulfilling your operational leadership, management, and strategic duties.
You will serve as chief problem solver for data systems, technical service and scheduling, help desk services, communication networks (video, voice, and data), program development, computer systems operations, and maintain the integrity of the ICAs electronic records and data. You capably align IT risk management with institutional risk management; lead, coordinate, monitor and validate compliance with security policies (PCI); guide IT security audits and third-party testing. You will be responsible for optimizing cost of services through a mix of internal and external sources, as well as establishing and maintaining strategic service provider partnerships.
