Responsibilities
As a Director
Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 individuals focused on sales enablement functions for the PWS business, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and tailor processes and tools to provide solutions accordingly
Support capital raising efforts by managing and coordinating sales process optimization including sales technology rollouts, new products, and tactical content
Continual improvement of PWS sales enablement, including training and support
Create and curate sales content, tools, and resources to empower sales team throughout the sales cycle
Closely partner with marketing, fund management, and operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and processes to support sales efforts
Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness
Demonstrate superior project management skills, liaising with individuals across the organization and adhering to deadlines, frequently managing multiple projects at one-time, all in support of fundraising endeavors
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into strategies and initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; MBA preferred
Must hold a Series 7 and 63 license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, can-do, problem solver attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a deadline-drive environment
Strong collaboration skills, evidenced by a team player mindset
Evidence of high attention to detail
Adept at managing people, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth
Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with sales support and lead generation technology solutions, including CRM systems, content management software, etc; Salesforce and Seismic experience is a plus
Willingness to quickly learn new software/technology platforms
