Director - Internal Communications
Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Monday- Friday: Hours may vary between 8:00am-5:00pm.
Location: Hybrid, Downers Grove, IL

Responsibilities
The Director of Internal Communication is a member of Duly Health and Care that is integral in reimagining the organization's internal communication strategies to ensure that they are creative, innovative, and ultimately engage and energize Duly associates at all levels of the organization. This is an individual contributor role. Working closely with the Senior Management team, responsibilities include delivering seamless communication of key organizational initiatives through messages and updates. This includes, but is not limited to, writing and editing critical communications, identifying appropriate communication channels for various internal audiences through which to share timely information that is vital for associates, and skillfully assisting senior leaders with their communications.

Track record of success in building and implementing programs that inform and motivate a large, decentralized workforce with various levels
Ability to lead through change and fortitude to react quickly to new information
Exceptional written, oral and storytelling communications skills using a variety of channels
Skilled at project planning & management; ability to prioritize work, devise and manage a project plan and process for identifying and tracking metrics for your work
Skilled relationship-builder with a proven track record of success supporting all levels, from junior team members to senior leadership
