What does a great Director Intelligent Process Transformation Lead do?
The Enterprise Automation Team is established to identify and drive digital transformation initiatives of critical strategic importance that are essential to the success of Fiserv businesses. This is a highly visible team in the organization, working with BU Presidents and Executive leadership. You will work in conjunction with SVP/VP of Intelligent Automation Center (IAC) to develop, deliver, and support intelligent automation programs.

Ideal candidate will have a seamless blend of understanding operational excellence, design thinking, communication and consulting skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Lead process re-imagination by analyzing, documenting, and designing the future state of business processes including key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), business reports, process metrics, and process diagrams
Incorporate various technology solutions (e.g. RPA, BPM, AI, BI) and determine how to leverage them in process re-design to increase enterprise performance while working with respective SMEs
Collaborate with IA Business Consultants to generate demand for IA work- conduct process workshops, identify opportunities for lean, process automation and AI techniques, define solution hypotheses
Establish process methodology for user journey assessment and process re-imagination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX, product, business, and IT, to understand, identify, and synthesize complex business requirements and user needs
Support identification and interpretation of voice of the customer data / reports / research
Contribute to building the IAC repository of playbooks and best practices
Understand and manage stakeholder expectations to enable a successful partnership between stakeholders and Intelligent Automation team
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business/ Finance fields
10+ years of work experience in management consulting, internal consulting or business transformation roles in a technology environment
3+ years of experience in Customer Experience & Journey Mapping and/or process re-imagination
Proven experience leading a team of Process Experts
Solid experience with Business Process mapping, ETL Tools, Automation (RPA, BI, UiPath, AI, or others)
Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma or PMP
Ability to travel up to 30%

Understanding and application of Design Thinking methodology and the artifacts that support it
Analysis skills to understand the current state and support development of the future state, including success measures/metrics
Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction
Strong project management experience and skills
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience with BPM tools and methodologies
Expert in lean management and/or agile
Familiar with Agile methodology
Superior MS Office skills, including MS Project & Visio, Excel and PowerPoint Experience
Experience working in a technology, software or B2B company a plu
