This position is responsible for all activities and direction of the planning, development, coordination, evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and research of the Teacher Induction Program, Early Childhood Education, Universal Pre-kindergarten, and Expanded Learning programs. Requirements / Qualifications

In order to meet the requirement for the ECE Director Permit, the district is seeking a candidate who has the necessary qualifications to obtain the permit within 6 months of employment and maintain it in alignment with CTC requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of satisfactory teaching experience.

BCLAD Credential or Bilingual Certificate of Competence in Spanish is highly desirable. Successful experience as a site administrator or demonstrable experience in Child Development programs is preferred; however, other relatable leadership and child development experience will qualify. Valid California Teaching Credential. Valid California Administrative Credential ECE Director Permit Valid California Class C driver's license
