Job Summary
We are looking for a Director, Indirect Program Management & Strategy to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business effectiveness and productivity in our Agent, VAR, Carrier and Wholesale customer segments. You will be responsible for understanding business trends internally and externally and you will create and execute strategies to drive sales, increase margins, and secure renewals / revenue.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of senior leaders who are responsible for Indirect Channel Program Interactions including: offer management, incentives, deal desk support, RFP/bid response, Capital spend requests and partner selection
Fiduciary responsibility for revenue goals, capital budget, margins of new sales, and renewal rate for existing customer base
Build and maintain incentives and partner with marketing on pricing in Agent, VAR and Carrier customer segments
Develop strategies that drive sales and ARPU growth and connections
Drive the value proposition and channel roadmap working product with Marketing and Operations balancing feasibility, capacity and prioritization
Become the expert on business, sales and revenue trends, metrics and KPIs for each of the business segment
Responsible for working with finance to model future revenue and sales and provide operational and capital expense forecasting
Drive new programs to maximize revenue and sales including evaluations of pricing/rates, in term vs out of term customer analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely billing
Provide leadership coaching using a fact-based approach to the sales organization, and counsel to the Vice President Indirect Channel Sales implementing organization objectives that appropriately reflect business goals
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product management and finance to develop pricing strategies, training, channel incentives, terms & conditions, and promotions in support of our various products and lines of business
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and planning to reduce quote cycle time, and improve accuracy
Drive deal management and negotiations of largest and most strategic new sales, renewals, and contract negotiations
Maintain deep understanding of our largest contracts, their terms and conditions, and key deliverables contained in the contract

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field, masters degree in business, economics, or similar field preferred
8+ years of experience as a senior level sales program in program management/operations/revenue operations leader
5+ years of experience as a sales manager or account executive
Experience running business development and bid operations
Telecommunications industry experience
Analytical skills including financial and business acumen
Excellent verbal, written, project management and presentation skills
Ability to summarize key issues to management
A collaborator with excellent people skills

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00 - $232,254.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
