Can you provide and develop the regional Real Estate & Facility Management (RE&FM) and ensure delivery in high quality, within service level agreement and budget?

You will be a part of VestasReal Estate and Facility Management team that is governing worldwide facilities and supporting Vestas with various tasks within Real Estate and Facility Management. RE&FM is a part of Vestas
People & Culture and our overall targets is Enabling a safe, optimal, scalable and sustainable use of our buildings and facilities.
As our new Director, Head of RE&FM ASP, you will influence and contribute to the development of the department. You can also look forward to join a dedicated international team and working with stakeholders at different organizational levels and located in different countries. The objectives and responsibilities for the position:
Manage of Real Estate portfolio
Manage of workplaces, including design and fit-out
Facility Management: operation, maintenance and upgrade of premises, ensuring we meet legal requirements and HSE standards.
Responsibilities
Lease contracts, scouting for new locations, manage relocations and provide business cases for decision.
Deliver local workplaces, fit-outs in accordance with global workplace design requirements.
Delivery of facilities services, including cleaning, security, reception, canteen and local legal requirements.
Delivery of local business support: Upgrade of facilities, enter/exit countries included disposal of assets, Transportation/shuttle-busses and governing facility budget.
Local energy management
Qualifications
You have probably a bachelor degree or higher within technical or finance combined with practical experience in facility management.
Very good communication skills both written and orally in English
Proven leadership
Safety and cost conscious behavior
Proven record of 15-20 years experience in Real Estate and Facility management from Global matrix organization
Competencies
Have a broad professional knowledge combined with solid leadership skills.
Are genuine people with an open and honest approach
Thrive in a matrix organization with many reports and stakeholders
Communicate at all organizational levels.
Customer- oriented with good negotiation and change management skills.
Ability to take lead, work effectively and to delegate
Good sense of humor
