We are hiring a Director of HCM Change Management to help us transform our people, processes and systems as we move to the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud. This individual is responsible for the execution of the HCM Change Management strategy, ensuring that impacted audiences (from the C-suite to the shop floor) and stakeholders understand, adjust to, and adopt the new system, processes and policies.
As the subject matter expert on change management, the leader will further build and maintain relationships with our Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners and Call Center teams and create change agents and activate the change agent network throughout the enterprise. Working with our implementation vendor, this leader shall manage our change management work-streams and also oversee and approve the project's change management deliverables and analyze their effectiveness. Once HCM has gone live, this individual will continue to deliver change management support for quarterly HCM upgrades as well as apply their expertise in support of other strategic HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Develops and implements change management plans and strategies tailored to impacted audiences. Applies a structured methodology that maximizes employee adoption while minimizing resistance. Identifies audiences and tailors change management activities to address their specific needs
Designs, develops, delivers and manages the communications and training efforts for HCM stakeholders and impacted teams and individuals. Supports and engages senior leaders (include C-suite executives).
Creates and sustains a change management network across the enterprise. Influences and engages business leaders and change agents to execute a change management framework. Assists in growing support networks by defining roles, coordinating with Sectors to identify candidates, and developing and delivering support for sponsors and change agents.
Coordinates, manages and tracks status of change actions. Perform quantitative assessments of change success and adoption.
