With disruption comes the need for a Director, Product and Technology Talent Acquisition to grow, build and develop a strong team of Talent Partners as well as partner with key Engineering leaders including company founders on their talent management strategy.
Reporting to the VP, Global Talent, this executive will build upon an already very successful track record of execution across an organization which prides itself on innovation and engineering excellence.
The role will have a strong programmatic nature across diversity and inclusion strategy, as well as a continued focus to structure and streamline process to optimize an already exceptional candidate experience.
The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and significant experience (10 years +) leading Technology/Engineering recruiting teams in preferable very high tech / fast scale environments.
The Director will consider themselves an innovator; constantly looking for entrepreneurial solutions to build incredible pipelines of talent.
