Job Description:

Director Global Product Marketing - Digital Services

Responsible for the global product and content Marketing of U.S. based Digital Services such as care transformation and performance management solutions. Responsible for leading and developing a team of marketing managers. Responsible for strategizing, budgeting, execution and business analytics of all outbound marketing measures. With the ultimate goal to drive market demand and business success - in close collaboration with the sales organization through effective marketing initiatives.

Specific responsibilities (through leading or directly implementing):

  • Organizational and functional leadership of the DS US Product Marketing team (Full Responsibility)

  • Create content and value proposition as foundation for all marketing activities. (Full Responsibility)

  • Preparation of sales arguments and the materials to communicate product positioning to the sales force (Full Responsibility)

  • Development and execution of sales training (Shared Responsibility)

  • Proposals, presentations and monitoring of product related KPIs and results (Shared Responsibility)

  • Market research and processing of related information (Shared Responsibility)

  • Present the DS story and the message to motivate our internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop product pricing and work with price book team to implement strategy in global price book

  • Understand and monitor competitors in the market, and position products to gain market share

  • Manage the relationship and interface between DS Headquarters in Germany and the US sales organization

Interfaces include:

Reports to Head of Marketing Digital Services

Internal:

  • Communication (CC), Product Management, Sales/Sales Support, Global DS Headquarters Germany

  • This position will work closely with the US sales organization to support sales training and marketing communications to the US market.

External:

  • Customers (C-Suite, D-level, Radiologists, Cardiologists, Techs, IT Administrators)

Required Skills and Capabilities

  • Track record in managing, developing, and leading a multi-national team (organizational development)

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Product and content marketing expert, with experience in healthcare IT

  • Process driven, detail oriented individual who can organize oneself and attend to multiple tasks

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Presentation, motivate, and speaking skills

  • Collaboration, Networking, influencing, and Interpersonal skills for building relationships

  • Experience in Customer and Sales communication

  • Knowledge of regulatory constraints and requirements for medical products
