As the Director of the Global Health Program, this position is responsible for planning, directing and maintaining the full range of strategic and managerial oversight required for international business development, financial analysis and modeling, strategic planning and operations for International Patient services at CHLA.# Responsible for developing and managing relations with international partners, negotiating business relationships, developing market strategy, leading market assessments, and identifying new opportunities for CHLA to capitalize on globally. Partners with both Administrative and Medical Leadership to lead, plan, and execute CHLA#s strategic direction linked to international business development and optimizing international referrals to grow international market share.


Minimum Experience Required


Ten to twelve years


experience required, experience at an academic medical center or not-for-profit healthcare system and/or strategic planning/business development background preferred.


Comprehensive business development and program administration knowledge in health care administration


.


Working knowledge of international patient services programs


.


Experience must include successful program planning


, implementation, evaluation, and budget preparation/ management.


Solid financial skills


, including ability to oversee financial planning. Education Required Master#s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field is required.
