The Honest Company has kicked of a search for a Director of Global Brand Education to lead conceptualization, initiation and development of Global Education content, programs and materials for Honest and Honest Beauty. In this role, you will partner closely with the brand marketing, sales, creative and R&D teams to create and implement an innovative and strategic long-term education strategy in order to deliver on brand business objectives.
What you'll do:
Develop strategic global education programs that translate brand insights into meaningful, on-brand education initiatives, and ensure that market-specific and cultural needs are met within programs
Ideate, develop and contribute to 360 activation plans to articulate brand and product storytelling and product innovation
Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, R&D, and Sales teams to lead the effective execution of training initiatives for all education channels for both print and digital needs
Identify and prioritize learning needs of specific retailers to create training solutions to enhance brand and product passion
Present education content for product launches and deliver key initiatives to executive team
Train and mentor the Field Sales Teams on product knowledge, application techniques, and selling behaviors, functioning as a resource and leader, providing product and sales expertise
Evaluate Sales and Marketing plans to maximize rollout of educational calendar
Strategize and ensure excellence in execution within all training programs and initiatives
Lead and mentor an Education team

What you'll need:
10+ years experience in sales, marketing, and/or education development
3+ years experience leading brand education development for a reputable CPG brand
Experience leading educational programs in global markets
Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic education plans that drive sales results
A holistic understanding of the beauty industry and competitive landscape
Solid understanding of innovative curriculum development and adult learning best practices
Excellent project management skills
Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced with competing priorities
Proficient in Digital Education, Social media and Microsoft Office Suite
