Summary:

Come join our team as a Director of FP&A! This is both an operational and strategic role that will partner with senior leaders across the business to evaluate operational effectiveness and drive strategic insights.

Location: Bellevue, WA or SLC, Utah

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the key financial business partner to senior leaders across the business. Lead a team of 1 financial analyst; develop and mentor talent.

  • Maintain accurate revenue/ARR, headcount and expense forecasts for business partners. Refresh the forecast monthly. Anticipate questions and identify opportunities of risk and upside in the forecast.

  • Develop a robust understanding of cloud infrastructure operating and financial drivers. Partner with the business to manage investment.

  • Enhance existing product KPI reporting and analysis to highlight business drivers and actions.

  • Proactively drive analyses of business performance and results with succinct recommendations on go forward drivers.

  • Ensure all planning, forecasting and reporting is completed on a timely basis.

  • Utilize Adaptive Planning for reporting and process automation.

  • Support strategic projects as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience, including extensive software experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or technical field, MBA a plus.

  • Strong command of both revenue and expense forecasting.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into a narrative that enables decision making.

  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to establish solid partnerships and build consensus at all levels of the organization.

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo to create positive change and improve the impact of FP&A.

  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with an ability to create sustainable and reliable models to enable better understanding and decision making.

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and inquisitiveness coupled with a desire to continuously learn new skills.

  • Knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday, and PowerBI. Snowflake and Netsuite a plus.
