Director Finance *On-Site*

Providence is calling a Director, Finance who will:

• Be responsible for the financial oversight of assigned ministries, including:

• Monitoring financial performance

• Variance reporting

• Supporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain targets

• Participating in ministry level management meetings

• Serve as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders throughout the ministries

• Assist in facilitation of capital projects as prioritized and approved through regional and system processes

• Assist with development of ministry budgets

• Provide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long term strategies

• Be Responsible for:

• Development and management of dashboards

• Achievement of internal audit recommendations

• Leading special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the region

• Review of monthly financial statements

• Partnership with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect economics representative of operational and clinical services

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

• This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled

• This role requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below:

• Texas: Lubbock

• Work Week: Monday - Friday

• Work Shift: Day

Providence welcomes residents to apply who reside anywhere in the United States with the exception of the below listed states:

• Massachusetts

• New York

• Ohio

• Pennsylvania

NOTE:

• If you do not reside in Lubbock Texas, You are required to relocate to Lubbock, Texas within 1-3 months of an established start date

• Additionally, if relocating to Lubbock, Texas, you will be required to travel to Lubbock, Texas for an onsite presence weekly

Relocation Details:

• Relocation assistance will be provided for those who reside in another city within the State of Texas and those who reside in another State

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
• 8+ years of experience within a leadership role
• 10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• HFMA or FACHE
