Position Summary and Duties
Under the direction of the Senior Director Enrollment Marketing & Communication, this role executes marketing and communication strategies to enhance undergraduate and graduate admission and financial aid. Ensures the integration of messaging across various platforms, supervises content creation and optimization, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment and enrollment outcomes through marketing. This role also oversees quality assurance to achieve strategic enrollment goals.Strategic Enrollment Marketing and Content Development

Lead strategic content creation and campaign management for the offices of undergraduate admission and financial aid.
Serve as the primary content architect across digital and print platforms.
Craft and edit compelling narratives for various digital marketing methods (e.g., web, print, social), improve search engine optimization (SEO), and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools for targeted messaging.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging data analytics to refine engagement strategies.
Manage the communications timeline for multiple constituencies at various stages of the admission funnel.
Direct the conceptualization, writing, and design of 30+ personalized and dynamic print materials annually.
Execute a digital and social marketing strategy to attract and identify new leads based on online behavior.
Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple video projects and photo shoots, collaborating closely with the Office of Marketing and Communications.

Prospective Student Outreach and Campaign Management

Spearhead the creation, editing, and design of targeted marketing messages for dynamic, multi-channel campaigns sent to over 400,000 prospects annually.
Craft compelling digital marketing campaigns, blending creative writing, design, and digital techniques to appeal to diverse demographics.
Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media campaigns.
Leverage marketing automation in Loyola's CRM (Slate) and analytics for personalized, segmented campaigns.
Implement strategies for audience development beyond traditional search lists, including influencers like parents and counselors.
Conduct split testing (A/B), data collection, and analysis to assess the impact of messaging across different audience segments and channels.

Collaborative Content Strategy and Partnership Development

Collaborate closely with university leadership and key stakeholders to advance the institution's enrollment objectives, mission, and University goals.
Build effective working partnerships with faculty and administrators across the University.
Develop strong relationships with the academic and student development divisions to create compelling content for recruitment communications, website, print publications, advertising, and social media channels.

Supervision

Supervise team member(s) on the Enrollment Marketing & Communication team.
Provide training, support, set performance goals, coach, and offer continuous feedback.
Counsel and discipline as needed in consultation with senior leadership and human resources.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing and communications and/or marketing and communications strategy development, including minimum of one year supervisory experience required.Experience in a higher education setting with a focus on enrollment preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS). Knowledge of enrollment marketing and communication best practices and emerging technologies and excellent project management skills. Must also have the ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively under deadlines and constraints. Is proactive and takes initiative.Track record for driving results through collaborative/cross-functional initiatives. Highly developed computer skills and demonstrated expertise in software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and database applications). Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills, gathering data and presenting in an understandable format. Effective and creative strategic thinking and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Superior time-management skills and ability to maintain project deadlines. Ability to work independently, meet challenging deadlines and handle multiple projects. Ability to use good judgment. Ability to support the University's goals for institutional diversity, as well as the goals and values of a Catholic, Jesuit education.
