Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience

  • 15 years of software engineering and management experience or 13 years with an advanced degree

  • 8 years of experience in people management, including experience growing teams

  • Experience working with developer and or user-facing products, and experience shipping Android-based products

Preferred qualifications:

  • 20 years of experience in software engineering

  • Experience building and leading diverse teams, and incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies into team's day to day work

  • Technical knowledge of wireless networking technologies such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi

  • Understanding of complex device ecosystems such as Android

  • Comfort navigating technical and product issues around privacy and security

About the job

As a Director of Engineering, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for Android Automotive Operating System. You will work closely with Product Management, User Experience, and partner teams across Google and externally to define the product roadmap and priorities. You will lead full stack development teams on Framework, System Software, BSP, Telemetry and Connectivity for Infotainment, in addition to work on Beyond Infotainment.


  • Set the technical vision, strategy, and direction for Android Auto Operating System (AAOS) in close partnership with product and UX leadership.

  • Partner with executive-level stakeholders across Google and externally to ship AAOS.

  • Lead a team of software engineers and build a collaborative team environment.

  • Develop and grow talent within the AAOS team through effective mentoring, succession planning, and retention strategies.

Create your future at Huron.</p><p>POSITION SUMMARY</p><p>Munson Healthcare's Revenue Cycle Operations are jointly operated by Huron Healthcare and Munson Healthcare. Huron provides strategic Revenue Cycle Operations leadership (managers and above are employed by Huron), while Revenue Cycle associates and supervisors are badged and employed by Munson. Market leaders and hospital, clinic, and physician leadership across Munson's eight community hospitals and additional clinic locations, are key stakeholders for the Revenue Cycle Operations and critical factors to ongoing Revenue Cycle success.</p><p>The System Director of Coding and Data Integrity is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of all HIM, Coding and Clinical Documentation Department operations. Is accountable for supervision of departmental personnel, development, maintenance of departmental/ review/revision of policies and procedures, staffing, quality assessment/ improvement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies e.g., state, federal and joint commission.  The Director assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability of system functions, staff performance and budget for the department which includes onsite and remotely performed functions.</p><p>Provides vision, leadership, and operational oversight for area of responsibility within a specific area.</p><p>Organizes functions through establishing clear accountabilities, delegation of duties and appropriate departmentalization without creating silos. Develops and maintains an effective, visible, and well-respected team by selecting, evaluating, coaching, and managing the performance of qualified professionals. Negotiates and recruits with other department managers the need for cross training and support in their areas, as necessary. Promotes team-building relationships in all areas of responsibility. Works in a collaborative manner with all directors/managers/supervisors to ensure a successful and compliant revenue cycle process.  Accountable for a comprehensive and effective communication strategy across all facilities to promote Employee Engagement, which includes enhanced employee productivity and morale. Communication style should promote a common understanding of the organizational vision, strategy, and accountabilities. Promotes a culture of two-way communications and creates opportunities for staff participation. Staff should have regular assessments and educational opportunities.
