In this role, you will:
Plan and implement the Space Process Excellence initiative across the Space Park CoE Engineering organization.
Identify and manage process documentation gap analysis/update/creation, training, user interface, configuration management & control, and oversight to ensure process execution and compliance in order to minimize future process escapes on space programs
Develop project strategic direction and planning, cost and schedule management, collaboration with Space programs and Mission Assurance, metrics and development of an affordable sustainment plan
Develop and execute Executive level briefings.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business need

Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Aerospace industry
Knowledge of Lean/ Six sigma methodology and process management
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance and SCI
Experience working effectively across organizational and program boundaries
3 years of experience in Program/Project management
Demonstrated ability to develop and brief executives
Active DoD Secret clearance with SCI
Master's degree with 8 years work experience within process management
Lean/Six Sigma/Agile training/certification
