The Director, Engagement Marketing will own the strategy to build and sustain fan engagement for WarnerMedia's streaming service. The position will develop and implement engagement marketing campaigns via community, communications, promotions, reward programs and more to drive engagement of subscribers.
Develop strong understanding of the interests and behaviors of subscriber segments, to inform development of tactics to grow engagement.
Leverage data to perform customer analyses, measure and optimize initiatives and programs. Develop and refine reporting, track engagement and communicate results to the broader team.
Conceptualize, create and execute engagement initiatives including email marketing programs including automation, transactional and personalized campaigns; social media community strategy, engagement and loyalty programs.
Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations Work closely with acquisition and partner marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns.
Collaborate with product, development, design and content to articulate program elements, goals and support needed.
Partner with finance to create and manage campaign budgets.
Lead, coach and manage subordinate staff.
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience; MBA a plus
10 years experience developing and driving the strategy of complex digitally focused engagement campaigns ideally for a SVOD product.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and how to address different needs of each consumer base
Ability to analyze, interpret data and use insights to inform programs and initiatives
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills are a must
Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
