As the Director, Employee Engagement & Culture you willdevelop and execute a best in class employee engagement and cultural strategy to inspire all levels of the business and our people while delivering sustainable results. You will augment, implement and lead Ceridian's employee engagement initiatives projects across the organization, including but never be limited to Ceridian's employee onboarding experience, internal communications and branding, thought leadership and messaging, Ceridian's Best Employer awards and recognitions oversight, global people programs and experiences and customer engagement. By leading these efforts, you will be improving the leader and employee experience through culture change and engagement.

We need you to:

  • Create a framework to implement best practices and leverage analytics to drive strategies for retention, culture change, and impact on employee engagement

  • Measure the success of Ceridian's people programs and initiatives that are

impacting engagement most effectively

  • Build THE market leading employment brand

  • Partner with our Fun@Work and Ceridian Cares chapters to ensure maximum engagement and interaction

  • Collaborate with functional leaders and Strategic Business Partners to identify and implement ongoing enhancements to engagement programs as part of continuous improvement efforts.

  • Assess current and anticipate future process, program and experience improvements for the

betterment of our employees and leaders

  • Engage with our employees on a regular basis to understand their perceptions on how to enhance our culture

  • Correlate insights from our various engagement and business metrics to show financial impacts across the business

  • Manage annual budgets to ensure maximum utilization

  • Coach and develop a team of people to unveil their full potential

What you will bring to Ceridian:

  • Track record of consistently exceeding your performance targets for a leading People & Culture team, ideally in a tech-focused organization

  • Deep operational knowledge of People & Culture initiatives, specifically around employee engagement, company/employee culture, and internal communications

  • The ability to adapt what you've done before to create new and innovative approaches to our employee engagement and cultural strategies and experiences

  • Not just coloring outside the box, but recognizing there IS a box when solving complex opportunities

  • Understanding of the opportunities and risks in a high growth, innovative, tech-focused organization

  • High level of detail orientation and program management capabilities

This role will report directly to theVice President of Digital Customer Experience and will work closely with seniorleadership, as well as collaborating with World Areas and Emerson businesses.
