Under the general direction of the VP, Solution Strategy, the Director - Ecosystem Partner Solutions will have extensive experience in orchestrating the development of whole solutions that will be delivered to the market. The Director will be responsible for clearly communicating the "why", "what" and "when" to the marketplace and positioning the solution and will be the "solution owner".
Solution Owners are accountable for development of the winning set of product requirements, the compelling reason to believe in our solutions success, and how we execute against that vision in the marketplace. They work closely with marketing and sales to enable successful solution launch and growth. They also work closely with Product Management to educate the PM and Dev teams on the solution value proposition and to assure that critical solution benefits are achieved.
Teladoc Health excels in delivering virtual applications/solutions across a wide variety of clinical use cases, and we continue to see steady growth in our Ecosystem Partner Solutions. As such, we are hiring a solution owner to take our solutions to the next level and incorporate advancements that have been made to both our software and hardware platforms. The candidate will help manage multiple solutions that fall within the ecosystem partners solutions realm (e.g., interpretive services, EMR-based solutions, medical devices, API/SDK frameworks) and will create a unified approach to effectively drive revenue, while streamlining platform capabilities and migrating antiquated technologies into a single, market-winning offering.
Additional Details About the Role:
Understand modern marketing tactics and go-to-market strategies within the context of a multi-channel campaign framework.
Be customer oriented and always consider the problems and challenges that the customer is faced with, and how to solve that problem through technology and process improvements.
Be the Subject Matter Expert for their products and solutions and will work closely with product management and sales to ensure expertise is disseminated across the organization.
Understand and perform analysis on market sizing
Develop and define a product strategy
Determine whether or not to build/buy/partner to fill gaps in capabilities
Set, refine, and deliver pricing to the sales organization
Understand and develop the business model associated with whole solutions
Gather customer insights through surveys, testing and partnerships
Perform validation of key concepts to gain further insights into product solution roadmap
Understand competitive landscape and perform routine analysis of competitors
Perform win/loss analysis to determine selling effectiveness of whole solution
Address performance of whole solutions and needs for improvement
Establishing positioning for products and solutions
Understand and determine routes to market
Develop a marketing plan to effectively communicate the go-to-market strategy
Develop a launch plan to introduce the product and solution to the sales organization and marketplace
Work closely with sales to drive customer acquisition
Lead collateral and content development by working closely with the creative services department
Develop sales tools and act as key point person for selling related questions
Drive lead generation through campaign development
Work with training director to develop and deliver sales training
Establish thought leadership and reference for products and solutions
Ensure continuity of product connections within the CRM

To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:
Knowledge of SiriusDecision (or other) best practices for product marketing is a plus
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Should have working knowledge of current MS Office Suite, and desktop publishing / design software
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
7-10 years of experience
Healthcare industry experience and/or medical device and/or SAAS experience preferred
BA/BSc or higher, MBA preferred
Experience working in a department in a corporate environment
