We seek a collaborative and results-driven eCommerce leader with a passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Drive profitable volume growth through creative, compelling consumer strategies
Understand customer behavior and preferences, leveraging insights to drive increased revenue
Tell compelling brand stories across core and seasonal products, partnering with product teams to recommend opportunities for exclusives and expansion
Leverage eCommerce to create demand across all distribution channels, including company-owned retail stores, wholesale and department store distribution, catalogs and online retailers
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5-7 years eCommerce experience (retail merchandising, fashion or footwear preferred)
Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale business dynamics
Globally-branded consumer goods experience a plus
Analytical, organized and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of web analytics and content management platforms preferred
