Your work will help to inform and influence our enterprise HR strategy, which will ensure we are continuing to maximize the engagement and productivity across our dynamic workforce.
The data strategist will be a lead resource on our Diversity & Inclusion team that leads the development and oversight of Fidelity's enterprise diversity strategy. In this capacity, you will partner with our People Analytics and Line HR resources to design and deliver our D&I data roadmap. The output from this roadmap will be used by the D&I team to prioritize our investment allocations for diversity programs and solutions. All investments will be based on key insights gained through answering "killer questions" through data analytics.
You will be one of the organization's primary story-tellers in the D&I space, informing senior leaders, members of HR, and the organization at large, of our progress and challenges with D&I. In partnership with our People Analytics team, you will design and manage our cross-business operating routines for D&I data reporting and build and maintain expertise in D&I analytics across the HR function.
