KPMG is currently seeking a Director in RC - Digital Solutions & Enablement for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.
Guide business and solution leaders to navigate the various processes, stakeholder teams, approaches, and options to develop, launch and support innovative tools and products
Define and refine the business and market requirements, drive and support the definition and development process, support launch and market development, ensure support requirements are met, provide governance for product lifecycle and reporting, and ultimately sunset the product at its end of life
Optimize business solutions by enabling technology to focus on priorities such as speed to market, client/market differentiation, alignment to KPMG's risk profile, and cost optimization
Develop and manage an active deployment plan that includes build, test, and support and launch priorities
Maintain the product management responsibilities; development of scrums/sprints/backlog of development activities
Support Go-To-Market activities including business requirements, demo/proof of concepts, pricing, control considerations, contracting and onboarding around one or more technology solutions
Additional Responsibilities for Director:
Provide oversight and leadership to KPMG team members regarding deliverables, project plans, and performance management
Provide a leadership role on KPMG thought leadership efforts
Serve as a leader in recruiting and retention efforts to develop the team
A minimum of five years of experience in managing technical product development projects; developing business requirements and prioritization validation/documentation; translating development objectives and requirements between business and technical audiences; managing large scale programs/budgets
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree from an accredited college/university and prior consulting experience preferred; Common understanding of KPMG business delivery models (contracting, risk management processes, client delivery, billing) a plus
Previous experience with secure software and cloud software development, Agile Methodology and/or Scrum Master, Jira, Confluence and/or TFS
Project management experience and the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to travel as needed, at times up to eighty percent

Additional Qualifications for Director:

Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, technical product management, project management and delivery
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives
