Director, Digital Product Management

Position Summary:

The Director, Digital Product Management will be responsible for owning and delivering the vision and strategy of the e-commerce experience for Cinch Home Services Direct to Consumer (DTC), Partner, and Real Estate verticals. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, the Director, Digital Product Management will work closely with business leadership to define and execute features that improve the customer experience and increase sales, working closely with design, engineering, and marketing. Ultimately, achieve our business objectives - Revenue / LTV (Retention) / CAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic DTC and B2C plan and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

  • Continuously drive online revenue growth by applying a clear understanding of the brand, consumers, and industry trends to our online DTC and partner sites, content, and business strategies.

  • Closely monitor plan performance and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.

  • Oversee the website and landing pages with a focus on customer experience and conversion optimization.

  • Be a key component in developing effective planning and execution of an e-commerce strategy, working cross functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely delivery.

  • Balance resources and budget to appropriately support revenue growth goals.

  • Play a key role in our go-to-market strategy and maintain a close relationship with the brand management and sales teams, representing the digital consumer and eCommerce efforts in the process.

  • Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing e-commerce software and other industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with Engineering on all aspects of DTC and B2C product development lifecycle.

  • Lead a UI/ UX product design team.

  • Lead a rapid test-and-learn approach to conversion rate optimization balancing speed with statistical significance.

  • Maintain short- and long-term product roadmap and use a data-driven approach to prioritize the team's work.

  • Develop strategic and tactical DTC and B2C initiatives to maximize sales and revenue.

  • Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionality.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create a holistic and fully integrated user experience across a diverse digital ecosystem.

  • Work with internal marketing analytics teams to develop dashboards, reporting processes, and KPls to monitor and optimize sales performance.

  • Monitor and report metrics associated with all activities.

  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager in a consumer-facing e-commerce and/or digital marketing organization

  • Must have a strong background in B2C e-commerce.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level eCommerce platform

  • Record of building products with a measurable business impact

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of the latest digital marketing, technology, and media consumption trends

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, limited-resource environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
