Job Description:

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Director of Digital Marketing Strategy to source, implement, and promote digital marketing tools for our OpCos. to define the strategy for Envista's digital growth platforms with a core focus on accelerating the growth performance of Envista operating companies using modern digital tools. This leader will manage a team of digital marketers and experts set to optimize the performance of Envista's digital tools to generate more eCommerce transactions, qualified leads, organic and paid traffic, and engaged customers.

Job Description

  • Source, implement, and advise best practices of digital marketing tools designed in an ideal state technology stack.

  • Drive multi-channel growth strategy for eCommerce to include, but not limited to SEO/ASO, SEM, social paid and community/influencer development, email marketing, mobile, etc.

  • Enhance customer engagement utilizing digital platforms and online marketing campaigns to ensure excellent customer experience while driving sales growth targets.

  • Support conversion of offline customers towards eCommerce platform and online engagement/transaction

  • Oversee conversion performance optimization. Optimize checkout funnel metrics and effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

  • Establish processes to optimize media spend across digital channels, including SEM (Paid Search), Product Listing Ads, Display, Native, Video and Paid Social Media.

  • Identify and advise enhancements to digital marketing campaigns that maximize eCommerce conversion rates and growth of the digital channel.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.

  • 5+years' experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce.

  • Experience in healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record as an innovative leader with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

  • Familiarity with key digital marketing topics: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS), localization, and paid social media.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (and other web analytics tools).

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate others at all organizational levels.

  • Action oriented and has a demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
